Our goal is to provide you with detailed information about every item that we sell so that you know exactly how it will feel during your workout.
However, if you're not 100% satisfied and feeling your best with one of our products then we are more than happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange if the item is returned within 14 days of receiving it and has not been used.
Unless faulty, the item(s) must be un-used with the labels still attached when returned.
We aim to thoroughly test as many products as we can before they head out of the door. In the unlikely case that one slips through the net with a fault then we will of course replace the item or offer a full refund, whichever you choose. We will cover the cost of returning the item to us.
If the item isn't right for you and there isn't something else you would like then we're happy to give you a full refund. Send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it with the labels still attached, as soon as it's with us we'll arrange the refund back to the original method you paid. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
